We had an absolutely perfect stay at Casa Miranda! The home is beautifully renovated and very comfortable (including the sofa-bed in the living room), and the views and location can't be beat. We were able to walk 5 minutes to the grocery story and drive to the Škocjan caves in 25 minutes. Sonja is the most thoughtful host imaginable, and all of the extra little touches (chocolates on the pillows, a giant bowl of fruit for our arrival, and badminton racquets waiting by the door) made us feel so welcome and well cared for. Our kids didn't want to leave! We were very grateful for Sonja's generosity and recommendations for places to eat and explore. We look forward to visiting again!

Izjemno Bivanje - Zelo Priporočljivo! Moje nedavno bivanje v tem apartmaju je bilo resnično fantastično! Ponujene možnosti so presegle moja pričakovanja, zagotavljajo domačno vzdušje s vsemi udobji. Čistost in mir apartmaja sta ustvarila mirno zavetje, razgledi pa so bili popolna kulisa. Z odličnimi povezavami do mesta je bilo raziskovanje bližnjih zanimivosti preprosto. Gostoljubnost lastnika je bila resnično izjemna, kar je dodalo osebno noto celotnemu doživetju. To stanovanje ponuja izjemno vrednost za denar in ga zelo priporočam vsem, ki iščejo prijetno in brezskrbno bivanje. Ne zamudite te dragocenosti!

We loved everything. The owner was really kind and she helped us in everything. The house was really beatiful, clean and comfortable, we found everything, what we had need. The location is beautiful, I recommend Casa Miranda for every traveler.

The accommodation is great, fully equipped and with a beautiful view. The host is very friendly and hospitable. The location is great. Beaches, cities (Koper, Trieste, Piran) and villages, caves (Skocjan), beautiful nature reserves and not to forget a delicious wine tasting (Klen'Art) can be reached within 15 to a maximum of 30 minutes. 8 days stay was actually too short. We will definitely come back again.
Location: Extremely many activities within 15 / 30 minutes. Apartment is actually larger than expected.
De accomodatie is super, van alle gemakken voorzien en met een prachtig uitzicht. De host is zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij. De locatie is top. Stranden, steden (Koper, Triëst, Piran) en dorpen, grotten (Skocjan), mooie natuurgebieden en niet te vergeten een heerlijke wijnproeverij (Klen'Art) zijn binnen 15 tot maximaal 30 minuten te bereiken. 8 dagen verblijf waren eigenlijk te kort. Wij komen zeker nog een keer terug.

Brand new house and very lovingly furnished. There's really nothing missing. Neither in the kitchen nor anywhere else. There is even a small herb garden available. A rain shower is available. Two mountain bikes free to use. Two sun loungers in your own garden. A carport for a car. The WiFi is very strong. There is also a full reception outside in the garden. Streaming is not a problem. The grill was of course the highlight for me 😅 It can be operated with both gas and coal. It was very enjoyable to relax on the terrace in the shade under a beautiful tree. The air conditioning cools down the whole house very quickly and was very useful for us. The intermediate door also keeps the living room cool. It can easily accommodate six people because the sofa is very large and extendable. Sonja is a very friendly and accommodating host. We even got welcome drinks. Ice cubes were also already ready. Thank you very much and much appreciated.

Zwei Mountainbikes. Zwei Sonnenliegen im eigen Garten. Ein Carport für ein Auto. Das WLAN ist sehr stark. Auch draußen im Garten hat man vollen Empfang. Streamen ist kein Problem. Der Grill war für mich natürlich das Highlight 😅 Er kann sowohl mit Gas als auch mit Kohle betrieben werden. Es ist sehr spannend auf der Terrasse unter dem schönen Baum im Schatten zu entspannen. Die Klimaanlage kühlt das ganze Haus sehr schnell runter und kam uns sehr gelegen. Die Zwischentür hält das Wohnzimmer zusätzlich kühl. Es können problemlos sechs Leute unterkommen, weil das Sofa sehr groß und ausziehbar ist. Sonja ist eine sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeberin. Wir haben sogar Welcome Drinks bekommen. There are apartments that you just want to forget and there are apartments that you remember and want to return to. Well, you want to LIVE 😁 in Casa Miranda, because Sonja has furnished it the way she would have furnished it for herself and feel good in it. The car is under the roof, the bikes are locked in the bike shed, the grass is watered and mowed. 😁 There is a shaded terrace and a barbecue next to it, herbs growing in the garden and the kitchen has enough crockery and utensils, (including wine glasses). 😁 There is a spacious and bright living room, a bathroom, a main bedroom and a second bedroom. I recommend that you rent this cottage for several days and that you just rest and enjoy it for at least one day, even though there are so many things to do in the surrounding area. 😁
So apartmaji, ki jih želiš čim prej pozabiti in so apartmaji, ki si jih zapomniš in se želiš vrniti. No, v Casi Mirandi pa si želiš živet, ker jo je Sonja opremila tako, kot bi jo opremila zase, da bi se v njej dobro počutila. Avto je pod streho, kolesa v kolesarnici, trava zalita in pokošena, terasa v senci, poleg stoji žar, ob njem rastejo zelišča, v kuhinji je dovoooolj posode in pribora, tudi kozarci za vino, prostorna in svetla dnevna soba, kopalnica, spalnica in še manjša sobica. Priporočam, da jo najamete za več dni, in da vsaj en dan samo počivate v njenem objemu, čeprav je v okolici morje dogodkov in možnih izletov.

The house is in a great location for exploring the hinterland of Koper and Trieste. It is completely renovated with two bedrooms and five beds. My favorite spot is definitely the terrace with a beautiful view of Trieste. 😁
Ta vikend sem dobila čudovito darilo. Bila sem povabljena, da s prijateljicami preizkusim bivanje v Casi Mirandi, krasni hiški na Škofijah, ki zdaj uradno odpira vrata tudi drugim gostom. Hiška je na super lokaciji za raziskovanje zaledja Kopra in Trsta, čisto prenovljena, z dvema sobama in petimi ležišči. Meni najljubši kotiček pa je definitivno terasa s pogledom na Trst.

The host provides all possible comfort, including a card for discounts in a nearby store, which I think is really nice and attentive gesture. The location is an excellent starting point for many trips around Slovenia as well as northern Italy. The comfort is 1A, as is the cleanliness and tidiness of the apartment. The best thing for me was definitely the herb garden available for use in summer and early autumn; fresh basil, rosemary, thyme and even a fig tree - could it get any better? 😁 delighted!

Casa Miranda je ena lepših nastanitev z idiličnim pogledom na trst. Lastnica nudi vso možno udobje, tudi kartico za popuste v bližnji trgovini, kar se mi zdi res lepo in pozorno. Lokacija je odlična izhodiščna točka za mnogo izletov tako po Sloveniji kot tudi severni Italiji. Udobje je 1A, prav tako čistoča in urejenost apartmaja. Najboljša stvar poleti in zgodaj jeseni pa je definitivno zeliščni vrt na voljo za uporabo, sveža bazilika, rožmarim, timijan in tudi figovo drevo - a je sploh lahko še bolje? 😁 navdušena!

It is modern, yet you feel like you’re at home. The interior layout embraces you and everything is just right and perfect. The best thing is the terrace in front of the house. At least it was for me.

Sodobno opremljena, pa vendar imaš občutek, kot da si doma. Notranja razporeditev prostorov je takšna, ki te objame in vsega je ravno prav in dovolj. Zmaga pa terasa pred hiško. Vsaj zame.
Tako da za najem hiške je povsem vseeno, kateri letni čas je, kajti tam je vedno lepo.
